Nigel Biggar in Dialogue with the University
Order and Disorder Webinar
Panelists from around the world gathered online to celebrate the launch of Order and Disorder: Nigel Biggar in Dialogue with the University and to discuss the dynamics of order and disorder in their respective fields.
About the gathering
The Global Faculty Initiative and Langham Publishing hosted a global virtual book launch on Zoom for Order and Disorder: Nigel Biggar in Dialogue with the University. The second volume in the Cross-Disciplinary Encounters with Theology series, the book features a Christian moral theology of order from Lord Nigel Biggar that reaches into every domain of human existence, and it sparks a lively conversation among scholars across the disciplines.
Panelists, including Lord Biggar, Bethan Willis, Osam Temple, David Baer, Daniel Chua, and Terry Halliday, reflected on how order and disorder play out in their own areas of scholarship and life.
The event drew a diverse, international audience of over 100 academics, clergy, thought leaders and business leaders.
Presenting faculty also included David Baer (Biblical Seminary of Colombia).
